Mark provided a detailed quotation, complete with a clear work and payment schedule, and maintained consistent communication throughout the project. My two-storey weatherboard home required extensive works, including new weatherboards, restoration of cedar windows, remedial roof sheeting and new guttering and downpipes throughout.  External works included new decking and veranda, repairs to large double gates, and replacement of fencing sections. The team also retrofitted two antique external doors, installed new hardware throughout, and undertook internal reconstruction and plastering following water damage. Damaged flooring and bathroom walls, left unsafe by a previous tiler, were repaired and replaced to full compliance. The entire exterior of the home was then painted to a beautiful finish.  

 One of the greatest benefits of engaging Mark was the complete peace of mind. After previous experiences with unreliable trades, including a builder who delayed commencement by six months without communication, and a tiler who disappeared with a deposit after causing damage, Mark was truly a godsend.
